The Retreat House is partnering up with Bermuda Tourism to put on a limited edition retreat for Spa Month.
This February, go beyond the spa—discover Bermuda’s only dedicated retreat experience. This immersive, rejuvenating journey is thoughtfully designed to leave you feeling replenished, connected, and completely cared for. Your day begins with grounding, relaxing yoga to ease you into the experience, followed by a heartfelt welcome circle where you’ll meet your fellow retreat attendees and set intentions for what you most want to receive out of the day.
A nourishing ocean-view lunch invites you to slow down and savor the moment before moving into a luxurious afternoon of spa amenities, a restorative massage, and optional indulgences like pedicures to help you unwind even more deeply. The day gently concludes with a soothing, immersive sound bath, sending you home feeling renewed, relaxed, and profoundly restored. Head home not just feeling rejuvenated, but also with the sense of connection you’ve built with those who shared the day with you.
